Before co-founding SKYLABS, Adam led marketing for CrowdTwist, a leading loyalty technology company. Prior, Adam was Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Digitas where he provided marketing strategy and drove revenue growth.
Adam has worked with disruptive companies in Telecom, Financial Services, Skin Care, Spirits, Electronics, Non-Profits, Sports, Entertainment, and Hard Goods.
Adam holds a bachelors in Psychology and a minor focus on Philosophy and Economics.

Matt is an industry leader with more than a decade of strategy, innovation, marketing and communications expertise spanning the consumer, tech, sports and lifestyle sectors.
Before co-founding SKYLABS, Matt led Makovsky’s charge into consumer marketing focused on firm-wide strategic development and digital growth. Prior, Matt was a Business Development Manager helping to build out the NFL’s official partnership portfolio and was a key business development contact for the NFL’s International Offices.
Matt holds a bachelors in Communications from UPENN and an MBA from Columbia.

Art is a world-class innovator & engineer who loves solving complex problems. He leads our technology & engineering and is also the CEO of Elephant Ventures, an innovation accelerator.
Art has founded numerous technology startups throughout his career and has consulted with leading Fortune 1000 companies. Art has spent his career integrating and building on cutting-edge technologies to produce functional systems.
His early work was focussed on creating intelligent autonomous micro-robotics at an MIT Artificial Intelligence lab spin-off where he managed the team who created the world’s first autonomous underwater walking robot and an autonomous land-based munitions clearing rover.
Art holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
Chief of Design
Bryan is a leading industrial and automotive designer. His diverse expertise spans user centric research and global product development as well as experiential and spatial design.
Bryan is a leader in recognizing new areas for product development, emerging trends in design and technology, and has extensive experience developing and executing brand visions for globally recognized household name brands as well as newly established emerging brands.
His design can be found across Subaru, Volvo, Mack Trucks, Airstream, Eddie Bauer, Ford, Levis, and Samsonite products.
Chief of Product Innovation
Franco is a provocateur and visionary. He pioneered “Bionics,” the theory and practice of nature-inspired design, and is an expert in the interplay between design and technology.
He has served as Master Innovator of wearable technologies for Google-Motorola, was Motorol’s MIT Media Lab Liaison, led Design for Herman Miller and led Pirinfarina in N.A.
Franco holds 71 patents including the first wireless ECG, a multi-blade conformable razor (precursor to Gillette’s Mach3), and the Motorola i830/833.
Franco has helped shape innovation agendas for Motorola, Dupont, Coca-Cola, Ferrari-Maserati, Boeing and others.
